規格外として廃棄するしかなかった果物をどうにか製品化できないかと今回の商品開発は始まりました。
今回は、瀬戸内レモンの生産農家さんより形や大きさの不揃いなどで市場に出すことの出来ない規格外のレモンを直接買い取り、ドライ加工した原材料を使用しています。
