タイ到着後、初日の夕食はバンコクのイッサヤ サイアミーズ クラブへ。モダンな空間でいただく創作タイ料理。コース料理をいただきましたが、アペタイザーから最後のデザートまでどれもこれもが美しく、美味。特にマッサマンカレーの味わい深さには完全にやられました。お肉もほろほろ。まったり濃厚なジャスミンパンナコッタを口に入れた時の幸福感も忘れられない！暑い中いただくタイのクラフトビールも美味しかったなぁ。
