沢山のフレッシュハーブとスパイスを使い柔らかく蒸し煮にした若鳥のもも肉とじゃが芋のタジン。無農薬レモンで作った自家製シトロンコンフィのほろ苦さがアクセント。
小麦の香り豊かな自然農法、無農薬小麦で作った自家製モロッコパンと一緒に異国の味覚をお楽しみください。
