5 لتر حليب كامل الدسم
2/1 كوب خل
1 ملعقة كبيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة حبة البركة
طريقة التحضير
1 .سخني الحليب في قدر عميق وسميك القاعدة على نار متوسطة الى ان يغلي.
2 .ابعديه عن النار، اضيفي الخل مباشرة وحركي قليلا.
3 .اتركي الحلي
