#サバ缶 の炊き込みご飯 【材料】
お米 2合
サバの缶詰 1缶
麺つゆ、醤油、みりん、お酒、だしの素などの調味料
適量 【手順】
①ソースパンに上記の材料と水を入れる。（サバ缶は汁ごと）
※水はお米の量の1.25倍が目安ですが、お好みで調節してください。
②30分吸水させる。
