上班日我通常會提早30分鐘到醫院,因為在交班前我想有充裕的時間可以先看chart瞭解一下這天要照顧的病人
在台灣工作的第一年,上手後或是已經連續幾天照顧相同的病人,我便會縮短成20分鐘左右。不過這個20分鐘的定義有點難算，舉例來說表定八點班,但我們還有分配要點班點財產點器材的事項,而大家默認是八點交班前例如最晚7:50開始做,那我的提前20分鐘
