タケノコとイノシシ肉の混ぜご飯
高知にいたときは、消費に困るぐらいタケノコをもらってたのに、
引っ越してからスーパーで見るタケノコの値段に手が出ない…
って思ってたらタケノコをいただきました！
タケノコと言えば炊き込みご飯が定番だけど、タケノコって脂との相性がいい気がするから、炒めてからご飯に混ぜた方が美味しい。
そして、なんと言ってもイノシシ肉の脂は甘くて美味しいから最高に合う！
