ヴィーガン・エンチラーダス
毎年大人気のエンチラーダス、昨年まではチーズとサワークリームを使ってラクトベジで作っていましたが、今年はヴィーガンチーズを使って完全ベジタリアンのヴィーガン仕様で作りました。
そう見えないかもしれませんが、実はとにかく手のかかるお料理です。
ピントビーンズのペーストも、メキシカンライスも、2種類のサルサも、手間暇かけてじっくり作っています。
