這是我們真正有機會受邀前往法國藍帶廚藝學院-澳洲校區後的感想。
．
因為是代辦的關係，拜訪過大大小小的和烹飪課程相關的校區及廚房，更能夠深刻感受到各間學校之間特色和不同。如果用簡單四個字形容藍帶，真的是「大開眼界」呀！走進烹飪學習的最高殿堂，參觀校園環境，甚至體驗一堂完整的廚房實作示範課程，設備、器材、師資、制服、刀具，甚至是食材都很高級，「高級」的意義不單只是在於這些教材的昂貴，更是代表教學的嚴謹和不容馬虎。廣博精深
