昨日６月２３日はオリンピックデーでした。
１８９４年６月２３日にオリンピック復興のための国際会議がパリで開かれ、２年後の１８９６年にギリシャのアテネで第１回近代オリンピックを開催すること、ならびに、その主催者たる国際オリンピック委員会（ #IOC ）の設立が決定しました。
