一入園映入眼簾的就是矗立在園區中心的洋樓老建築，保存得非常完整讓人有置身歐洲的感覺，非常漂亮。不僅如此，房舍旁林立的百年松樹更是顯得園區優雅別緻，就像一座小小桃花源秘境，不斷吸引我去一探究竟。

除了洋樓建築外，松園別館另一個有名的景緻就是眺望遠景，因地理位置較高視野十分遼闊，能看到遠處的花蓮港與太平洋海平線，所以很多人會在這裡看風景聊天~
