Fluffiger Hefeteig geht doch immer, oder? Zum Beispiel diese hübsche Brioche. Die sind relativ schnell gemacht (o.k. Hefeteig muss halt gehen, da hilft nix), und schmecken bei den aktuellen Temperaturen auch sehr gut im Freibad oder an Strand und See. Hab
