フランス菓子で直訳すると、果物の生地という、、。その名の通り、フルーツのピューレをたっぷり使って炊き上げるゼリー？みたいなお菓子です。今回はアプリコットとライチを二層にして仕上げました✨凝縮したフルーツの甘酸っぱいジューシーさが感じられます（＾∇＾） #パートドフリュイ
