昨日は社内で開かれた「労務管理セミナー」に参加しました。
ここで「社内におけるハラスメント」について学びました。
聞きなれたものもあれば、「こういうのもあったのか！？」と思うような事柄もありました。
例えば、「ハラスメント・ハラスメント」、略して「ハラハラ」というものがあります。
これから、「なんでもかんでもハラスメントと主張するハラスメントのこと」らしいです。
もうなんのこっちゃ(笑)
