こんばんは スクールスタッフのあでぃ、、ずまおです???? 今日はスクールを受ける時の レッスン内容についてお話しします???? レッスン内容って 大きくわけて3種類あります???? 其の一 スノーボードの基礎スキルの底上げ (全ての基礎から見直すスタイル) 其の二 やりたいトリックの基礎を見直す (そのトリックにつながる基礎を学ぶ) 其の三 やりたいトリックだけについてやりこむ (そのトリック重視で今足りないところを見つける) 定期的に練習できる人もいれば、たまにしかできない人もいますよね。
