開始重訓之後
我花了16堂課才學會完整的後背槓深蹲
但我只花了1堂課就學會硬舉
不是說我很厲害
而是我的髖關節活動度比較好
RDL我可以做到全程碰地
當然爛到笑的東西還很多
只是我願意練習
我的教練也願意幫我修正每次練習時的錯誤
7月都在練深蹲跟啞鈴卧推
啞鈴卧推就是從頭到尾都抓不到感覺
各種不知道自己在做什麼
每次上課我的手一直被教練推來推去
各種挫折
各種手不知道該往哪裡去
我練了一個月
把卧推加到課表裡
拍了N次影片
被教練揪正了N次
