Veľa ľudí mi na moje problémy so zaspávaním odporučilo bylinkový čaj na dobrú noc. Vo @flyingtigercz som dala šancu tomuto baleniu s medovkou, mätou, aksamietnicou, kozlíkom lekárskym a levanduľou. Tak uvidíme. ????
