今回は平均台 (Balance Beam) のトレーニングの様子の一部をお届けします。タンブラーズでは、普段から５台の平均台がフロアーにあり、選手は一度に皆が平均台に上がり基礎練習を始めます。見学させて頂いたこの日は、選手達は休み明けでしたので、技の練習よりもワームアップや基礎練習に集中していました。
