昨日は石田紀佳先生の講座でした。
先生のお庭から「紫蘇、赤ジソ、青じそ、えごま、トゥルシー #tulsi , #holybasil 」をたくさんお持ちいただいて秋の養い草としての活用法を学びました。
荏胡麻の実はお酢につけたり、紫蘇や青紫蘇、赤紫蘇の色を活用するレシピ、ホーリーバジルのお茶を楽しんだり、そして何より植物の生きるチカラのお話。
その日は一日中新鮮な青々とした香りに包まれ穏やかな時間を過ごしましたね。
