パン派の我が家????
メニューは毎朝全て変わるわけではなく、週末+週の中日と2回。
簡単な副菜・スープ作り置きを準備しています。

•トースト・パン→その日の気分で、チーズ、ジャム、バター、お惣菜パンなど。
•スープ→身体を温める根菜が多いです。今回はレンコン。
•ウインナー・卵→トーストを焼く前に、ウインナーも魚焼きグリルで。卵は琺瑯容器を使って。朝はコンロ汚さないように。
•サラダ・フルーツ→朝カットします。
