昨日、新静岡セノバ店で、静岡県の姉妹都市であるイタリア北東部、フリウリ・ベネチア・ジュリア州（以下フリウリ州）の食文化をご紹介する交流会を開催いたしました。
イタリアの中でも白ワインの聖地と呼ばれるフリウリ州は、ワインだけでなく、生ハムやチーズでも有名な産地です。
交流会には、静岡県内のプロのソムリエの方をはじめ、120名以上の方にご参加いただき、フリウリ州の食文化の魅力を体感いただきました。
