私のベースとなるサービスやワインを学んだフランス料理店で初めて見た時はびっくりしました。それはこのワインがサービスする際にデカンタージュがなされたことです！白ワインなのに？と思った記憶があります。そういう体験は何年経っても忘れないですね。
