ということで今日は朝からCEEPOのポジション調整
前からすぐにでもやりたかったのですが
なかなか自分のためのまとまった時間がとれず、、、
２時間ちょっと。たっぷり楽しみながらできました。
先日の #RETUL の研修の際のMuveのデータも確認しながら
調整前と調整後と。
大きなところはパッドを前に出したこと
ベースバーの位置を下げたこと。
調整後は、さっそくテストライド。
小貝川２時間に行きたいところでしたが
