前陣子看了天下雜誌的36週年特刊裡「台灣味的新高度，頂尖主廚的重組與追尋」一文，裡面寫到近年來西餐裡的台灣味正夯，許多海外工作或學成歸國的主廚們，以台灣的在地食材演繹西餐的精緻料理（Fine Dinning），而Hero Restaurant正是其中之一。

整體的評價沒有超出我的期待值，但能把台灣在地食材呈現如此多元的面貌也是滿值得拜訪的餐廳。
