日本女子体育大学舞踊学専攻卒業。バレエ、ジャズ、コンテンポラリー、タップ、ヒップホップなど様々なダンスを専門的に学び、多くの舞台経験を積む。
2004年にベリーダンスに出会い、国内外さまざまなダンサーに学ぶ。
2009年よりタカダアキコに師事。また
