桃取のブランド牡蠣「桃こまち」を育てる生産者の斉藤さんが、岩牡蠣の出荷を開始しました。
その名も「輝（かがやき」！
夏のキラキラ輝く海で美味しくぷっくり育つ姿がイメージされますね。
サンプル試食会でもスタッフの評価が抜群でしたよ。
