一つの家庭に例えてみよう。
安心安全な環境がなければ、健全に育つことは困難
まれに例外有れど（反面教師）
そうなれるのは至難。

学校と仮定し、一つのクラスに例えてみよう。
『そんなの知るか！』という生徒を
＂ほっとけない＂生徒が穴埋めする
其処には監視役として、教師が存在する。

これを企業に例えてみよう。
優秀な人材を健全に育てるには
切磋琢磨できる環境も勿論大切
だがしかし、
それは安心安全な環境があってこそでしかないのだ。
能力の差がどうの、そんなことはない
