旦那は休日自主出勤で会社へ、私は岡山市で定期的に開催されている1型の患者会『ＷＡ！の会』へ行ってきた日曜日♪♪
いつも通りの温かい雰囲気の会の中、皆様の近況報告などを聞きつつ、心にパワーを頂いて帰宅♪♪
毎日毎日インスリンを1日5回は打っている私。
ＷＡの会に行くと、同じように皆さんもインスリンを打ち、それぞれに日常を工夫して過ごしているなぁという事実を聞くだけで、何となく孤独感も無くなり元気な気分になる♪
