???? 許仔豬腳麵線 // 古早味清燉豬腳 40年的簡單美味
印象中小時候去屏東里港的時候有吃過清燉豬腳，簡單清爽的美味另人唸唸不忘，不過賣清燉豬腳的店相當稀少，大部分都是以紅燒為主。後來發現大稻埕慈聖宮廟口有間許仔豬腳麵線，賣的就是清燉豬腳！一賣就是40年，以後在台北也能解解饞了。 -

熬到乳白色的湯頭相當甘醇好喝，喝到一口都不剩。豬腳的部分，我點的是帶皮比較多的部位，皮相當軟Q不會咬不爛，而且一點都不油膩，滿滿的膠原蛋白；腿肉的部分也相當鮮嫩好吃
