お店を知ってから数年...
ほぼ平日月曜にしか焼かれないので
なかなか出会えなかった貴重な子。
キリッとした女性店主さんが作る
酵母の香るざっくりスコーン。
みっちり素朴だけど力強くて
あったかい小さな街の喫茶ながらも
なんだかピシッと締まりをいただいた気分でした。
あたたかさとキリッとした落ち着きが
すごく心地いい塩梅。
