Uno de los platos que mas me gustan en verano es sin duda el salmorejo.
Un plato sencillo de preparar y con pocos ingredientes.
Tomates, pan, aceite, sal, un toque de vinagre y como acompañamiento, huevo duro picado y jamon serrano.
