ヨガフェス1週間前となりました！
いよいよですねー！
たくさんの皆様にご参加頂けること、改めて御礼申し上げます。スタジオから飛び出して、いつもの場所と違うところでするヨガは、新鮮な気持ちとワクワク感がごちゃまぜになった、なんとも言えない気持ちです。。
心が感じるその気持ちが体に伝わる、そんな素敵な時間が体感できると思います！
