こちらの「だし道楽」とは、広島県江田島にある二反田醤油が製造する焼きあご入りの万能調味料なんです????
薄口醤油をベースに、ペットボトルの容器の中に長崎県平戸産の炭火焼きのあごを丸ごと1本入れているため、独特の旨味が出汁に広がるんです????
うどんだし以外にも、煮物や玉子かけごはんにもオススメなんです*\(^o^)/* 是非一度ご賞味ください????????
