「さあ、野山へでかけよう！ 身体をひらく、大地とつながる。
～ウルトラライトハイキングの手法から～」 直前ですが、キャンセルも出たことでまだ参加者募集中です。二泊三日のワークショップを通して、普段楽しんでいるハイキングとは少し違う新鮮な体験ができるのではないかなと思います。経験のない方にも楽しめる内容で、土屋さんや参加者同士が少人数でじっくり話せるとてもいい機会だと思いますので、興味があって都合のつく方は是非ご参加ください！
