本日紹介する #ふげん社の本 は、ヘンリー・ソローの『歩く』（ポプラ社）です。
ソローはアメリカの作家・思想家で、自然と共に生きる人生を送りました。ソローは約２年、ウォールデン湖のほとりに小屋を建て、自給自足の生活を送りました。ソローは自然のうつろいに囲まれ、動物の生態を知り、本を読み、思索しました。本書は、そんなソローが晩年に残したエッセイです。人間社会の未来を見つめ、生きる哲学に溢れた一冊となっています。ソローは冒頭で、「社会の一員であるというよりむしろ、『自然』の住人、その一部として人間を考えるため
