Como fazer berinjela grelhada
Ingredientes:
1 berinjela grande
Sal a gosto
Pimenta do reino a gosto
Azeite para grelhar
Corte a berinjela em fatias finas.
Salpique o sal e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
Retire o excesso de água.
Aqueça o azeite em uma
