先日のにじいろジーンの出演の際に実はもう一品あったんです笑
大杉谷地区名産の鮎で作ったパイです。
放送上全てカットになりましたが、気に入ったのでお店でもお出ししたら鮎嫌いな方からも美味しかったと言っていただけました♪
なかなか手間がかかるので毎日はお出ししてませんが、青いけの鮎の季節のお料理として仲間入りです！
