昨年大好評の、熊本県産和栗を使った “モンブランパフェ”。
今年は、サクサクパイのキャラメリゼを使い、構成、レシピともに一新いたしました。
中には、栗の甘露煮がゴロっと入り、最後にはベルガモット香るアールグレイのジュレでさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。
