Brotbacktag! Ich backe ja regelmässig #brot und dann meist auch gleich in größeren Mengen und das was ich nicht brauche, wird eingefroren. Das spart mir viel Arbeit und ich hab immer leckeres, natürliches Brot zur Verfügung.
