来る８月５日、名古屋のhaano yoga studio より Chigusa先生をお迎えして今まさに旬のアシュタンガヨガにフィーチャーしたワークショップを開催いたします。
当スタジオのオーナーはガッチリした男なので今回女性のインストラクターに来て頂く事で女性目線の細やかな指導が受けられます。
