Na początku roku podjęłam decyzje o wprowadzeniu zmian w moim życiu, pracy, ale również kuchni. Zrezygnowałam już z soli i bardzo mocno ograniczam cukier, choć nie ukrywam, ze nie jest to łatwe ???? Więcej warzyw i owoców. Zmieniliśmy także makaron. Z psz
