マレーシア産の最高級のドリアン「ムサンキング」は、マレーシアクランタンのタナ・メラーに由来し、ラグビーボールのような形で、底に星のような模様があります。
ムサンキングは、別名、ラジャ・クニィットとも言われ、他のドリアンと比べると、茎と果実の間に空間があり、果肉は深い黄色で鋭いとげが特徴的です。
また、他の品種より平らで小ぶりですが、果肉は厚く、クリーミーな食感と少し苦みのある味が、国内外で最も人気
