Well done to the folks who organized Tarkington Park Fest. The park is hopping and it was a delight to see the diversity and vibrancy of Midtown on display. If you’re local, it’s worth stopping by for dozens of activities planned all day and evening.

レオ・レオニは「スイミー」「あおくんときいろちゃん」「フレデリック」など
有名な絵本を描いた絵本作家です。
こちらはその中の、ちょっと変わったねずみのおはなし『フレデリック』に
出てくる主人公ねずみのフレデリックのグッズです。
この絵本は、仲間の野ねずみが冬に向けて食料を蓄えている中、
フレデリックだけはぼんやりと、なにもせずに過ごしている。というお話です。
そんなぼんやりとした表情がかわいらしいぬいぐるみとなっております。
