If your widget shows photos that are not yours, the widget cannot load your posts. Nobody else has access to your widget.

Find the cause

Open your website in a different browser, or on your phone over mobile data.
  • Your posts show there: the problem is in your first browser or network. Only you see the other photos. See the list below.
  • You see other photos everywhere: your widget has most likely lost the connection to your account. Connect it again.
1

Open the widget

Log in to SnapWidget. On your dashboard, click the widget.
2

Connect your account again

Click Reconnect next to Username and sign in to your account.
3

Save the widget

Click Update & Get Widget. You do not need to copy the code again.

Other reasons

  • A browser add-on blocks Instagram or Facebook images on other websites. For example, Firefox Facebook Container can do this. Turn the add-on off and reload your website to check.
  • Your network blocks Instagram or Facebook. Some office and school networks do this. Try a different network.
  • A post was deleted on Instagram. Your widget shows your current posts after its next refresh.
