The Filter setting chooses which posts your widget shows. It is on the Basic tab of Pro Instagram and X (Twitter) widgets.
Filter needs a Pro widget. The hashtag options need the Pro or Developer plan. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See the pricing page.

Set a filter

Open your widget

On your dashboard, click the widget.

Choose a filter

On the Basic tab, select an option in Filter. For a hashtag option, type the hashtag in Hashtag without the # sign.Filter set to Hashtag and User with a hashtag

Save

Click Update Preview to see the posts. Then click Update & Get Widget to save. You do not need to change the code on your website.

Instagram filters

Hashtag Only and Mentions need an Instagram business or creator account that is linked to a Facebook page. Connect it with Sign In With Facebook. With Sign In With Instagram, Hashtag Only shows “This filter option is not supported”, and Mentions shows your own posts instead. See Instagram hashtag widget.
The Instagram Feed layout has no Filter setting.
