Paste your SnapWidget code into an Embed HTML element where you want the widget to show. The same steps work for Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube widgets.

In SnapWidget

  1. Create your widget, or open an existing widget from your dashboard.
  2. Click Get Widget. For an existing widget, click Update & Get Widget.
  3. In the You’re One Step Away window, click Copy To Clipboard.

In the Wix Editor

  1. Open your site in the Wix Editor and go to the page where you want the widget.
  2. Click Add Elements on the left. Click Embed Code, then Popular Embeds, then Embed HTML. Embed HTML under Popular Embeds
  3. Click the new element on the page and click Enter Code.
  4. Paste your code under Add your code here and click Apply.
  5. Drag the handles of the element until the whole widget shows without scroll bars.
  6. Click Publish.

In Wix Studio

  1. Open the Add Elements panel and select Embed & Social. Click Embed Code to add it to the page.
  2. Click Enter Code, paste your code and click Apply.
  3. Resize the element until the whole widget fits, then click Publish.

In Wix Harmony

  1. Click + Add at the top left and choose Elements. Hover over the More Options icon and select Embed. Drag Embed code onto the page.
  2. Click the gear icon on the element. Paste your code in Enter HTML embed code.
  3. Resize the element until the whole widget fits, then publish your site.
Wix shows embedded code inside its own frame. If your widget uses Lightbox as Photo Link, the lightbox can only open inside the element. On a Pro widget, set Photo Link to Photo Popup on the Advanced tab. The photo then opens in its own window. The element also does not change its size on its own, so check the page on a phone too.

Open the page on your live site. The widget shows your latest Instagram posts.
